We planned to leave Marathon, Florida and head north on "The Second Noelle" at the first weather window opportunity beginning April 1st.  We are going to head north starting tomorrow, April 1st, but it will be aboard a 1985 trawler, "Our Time".  Unfortunately, the Canadian owner was hit by a car on his bicycle and has to return to Canada for surgery. Therefore we will be delivering their boat to Fort Myers, Florida for them.  We will take the same route we normally do, taking three days to reach our destination.  We will first stop in the Everglades where there is no cell service, then stop in Marco Island, then continue on up the Caloosahatchee River to Legacy Harbour Marina.  We should be traveling with at least two other boats that we know of and the next three days of weather look good out in the Gulf of Mexico for us.  I will try to update the blog on Tuesday once we have cell service as this blog seems to be easier than e-mailing from the "smart" phone.  I use the term loosely.  We plan on departing at 8:00 a.m. Monday.  No April Fools!
